My Fitness Pal-90 Day Challenge

Come join me as I participate in the 90 Challenge on My Fitness Pal!  My starting weight on Jan 1st is 150 lbs and my goal is to get to 135 lbs.

Week 1 - January 1-8, 2011
Weigh in 152 (Mother Nature was visiting this week- wink, wink!)

Get 45 Minutes of "Additional" Cardio at least 3 out of 7 days this week-

Jan 3rd- 30 min treadmill + 45 min extra cardio for challenge, total 5 miles and 554 calories burned!
Jan 6rh- While waiting to pick up my son last night from basketball practice to get in some extra work. So I hit the track and did some walking/ running for my 45 min. extra cardio part #2.
Jan 7th- I also got part #3 in today as I briskly walked 20 times up/down the large hill driveway at my mom's house while carrying 15 lb. weights.

Week 2-January 8-14, 2011
Weigh in 150 lbs

1. Drink at least 5 (8oz) of water EVERYDAY this week. 7/7
2. Do 6 Sets of 15 Sit-ups 3 out of 7 days this week. 0/3
3. Get 30 Min of cardio at least 3 out of 7 days this week. 3/7
4. Cut 100 calories from your diet EVERYDAY this week. 7/7


Week 3 January 14-21, 2011
Weigh in 148.6 lbs

1. Drink at least 5 (8oz) of water EVERYDAY this week 7/7
2. Walk/Jog/Run a Mile 3 out of 7 days this week. 3/3 ( Total mileage of 12 miles)
3. 30 Chair Dips 2 out 7 Days this week. 2/2
4. Do 100 toe raises 100/100

Week 4- January 22-28, 2011
Weigh in

1. Drink at least 5 (8oz) of water EVERYDAY this week
2. 8 Sets of 25 Squats 3 out of 7 days this week.
3. Get 30 Min of cardio at least 3 out of 7 days this week.
